Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of GlossKit (“the Platform”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Accounts

Brands and creators each register for their own account type. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Brand subscriptions

Brand accounts require an active subscription to publish campaigns. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew until canceled. GlossKit does not process payments between brands and creators and takes no commission.

2a. Creator memberships and the Academy placement

Creator accounts require an active membership, billed in advance and renewing until canceled. GlossKit Academy is a separate one-time purchase. A creator who completes every Academy lesson while their membership is active is placed into a paid FlyLow UGC campaign for at least seven days. Participation requires the creator to follow the campaign brief and may be forfeited for fraud or misuse of the Academy. One placement per creator.

3. Creator content

Creators retain ownership of the content they produce. By submitting a post to a campaign, creators grant the brand a license to use it as described in the campaign brief. Creators must disclose paid partnerships as required by law.

4. Payments

Agreed pay is calculated from the campaign pay model and the view count confirmed by the brand at approval. Brands pay creators directly and are responsible for paying promptly and for any tax reporting on those payments.

5. Acceptable use

No fraudulent stats, no impersonation, no harassment. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
